No it is not a good sign. If the market continues up, it would imply that the market bubble is just getting larger, but keep in mind the market can still move up more.

Since early FEB I have been watching, playing DOW stocks like AA, BEL, IP, MMM, CAT, UK, DIS, and they are all still lagging the DOW. Fewer and FEWER stocks are supporting this runup.
