I suggest you get a copy Anti... My copy starts off: In the Matter of Arbitration between WellRich & Company Inc., a California corporation and Aslo Taylor and Amazon Natural Treasuries, Inc. [sic], a Nevada corporation as Ordered by District Court Judge Mark R. Denton of the Nevada Court, Clark County, Nevada... BTW, the letter was dated 2/18/99. Feel a little in the dark? LOL.
