just for your information: you looked at SIEB for me as a potential popper. Unfortunately they took my stop out in a nice shakeout yesterday so i missed the move but it might be interesting that they pop even if they already had a prior...

I was shocked by the one point drop in SIII. (We've now recovered half of it). The moment it started through resistance we had 100,000+ sold at the market for an astounding collapse of the move. XYLN had the exact same thing on several occasions before it finally went through resistance.

It is speculation on my part, but suppose there is a buyer for the company already in negotiations. That buyer wants to appear to be paying a premium at the point of the purchase announcement. Wouldn't that be a reason that someone would make such a strange trade? It seemed to be intended to drive down the price...
