CMGI,

Jenna I got the feeling that the reason CMGI went down is because of

speculation that CMGI would bid for LCOS.This was mentioned on CNBC,

and was discounted as not being part of their plan.They said that the
resignation of CMGI's CEO,now allows him to look for other deals for

the takeover of LCOS.
