Ice, They were out last week saying that after a strong January, Feb was much weaker. They said they expected it and they used the seasonal scam. But I considered it more of a reflection of the industry than for Gateway itself. As long as they can use that Underwear program to pretend that they have revenues, they can fake eps for a while. They missed revenue estimates last quarter by $100 million, and I expect a worse miss this time. But I expect some sharp pencil accounting to keep eps in line. The fact that they opened a lot of stores and have lower SG& A should concern the auditors and the regulators, but, so far, they are still dancing on this Titanic. MB
