Well said LOR! Over the last six months, I have not met one individual that has contributed as much as Jack has in defending management as well as the product. Knowing Jack, he will most probably shrug off Michael's comments in this regard. Well, I really do hope so because, if not, Friday's sell off will look like a walk in the park. Michael, with all due respect, it's replies like the one you just posted that make us wonder if we shouldn't be elsewhere. A CEO of a public company should never overreact like the way you just did. Yes, it might be frustrating to see that some shareholders are taking the initiative to post some messages (on a public forum dedicated to sharing VIEWS) that, in your opinion, might not reflect what is truly going on behind the scenes. However, when you invest 100,000-150,000 of your hard earned money, you want to make sure that you are on the ball (informed of the company's progress). If management isn't keeping you up to date, well, the only other option is to check with the third parties involved and do your own research. Do you really blame Jack or LOR for calling the author of the report when we were told that the report would be out 3-4 months ago? In other words, you might be pointing at the wrong person. You just might want to realize that running a public company involves such scenarios when and if the shareholders are not well informed. AK PS: I just noticed that the bid and the ask are now at 1.88 - 1.94 with a volume of 7,400 shares. Your replies are having a greater effect on the stock price than your PR's.

I'm surprised at the turnaround that some have shown towards Jacobs.I cant blame him for lashing out in frustration at the post by Jack as Jacobs works his ass off for the Fast1 success(which means all our success).If Jack cared so much for Pyng why not call up Jacobs and discuss the issues rather then post first.He may have found out some more info and held back some comments.Yes this is an open forum but again if I was posting something rather negative and questioning Jacobs integrity I would call first as I have over $200k invested.I only see that some are frustrated that our stock is not higher(me too)but medical devices DO NOT go into production or are they accepted overnight.Maybe some should turn their investments over to software as those products can go out overnight and if they have a bug in it a fix will be sent out soon what fix can be sent out for a medical device if failed and what good would be soon to a dead person(I hope you get my point).If Jacks facts are correct then I do appreciate to know but again those facts should at minimum have been presented to Pyng first then reported(that would be the responsible way of handling this matter).I did read that this forum could be responsible for the continuing drop in share price.I dont normally agree with these forums causing any company to go up or down (if the company is legitimate)but when you are a thin trader selling 10-40k shares could easily cause us short term concerns.So keep up the good work(some)if that is your intention and thanks for nothing.LOL please when you post speak for yourself and dont suggest that MANY other shareholders share your view.Yes it has taken longer then expected and I'm sure longer then Jacobs expected too but go back over the news releases.Dont piss all over the guy who has brought us this far. I'm sure I'll get roasted by some but it also is frustrating seeing this party going bad by the impatient.Remember you(as some have posted) wanted or appreciated Jacobs posting here one good way to stop it is keeping the attacks up without complete verification.
