Unfortunately those three stocks are not yet reporting companies, they are in the process of becoming a reporting company. Look for them to vbecome reporting and listed on NASDAQ in a few months.

Ask a lot of questions and do your home work before you ever consider buying stocks that are below $10 with small float.
