I'll run the numbers at home -- but DDM is simplistic. I'm using it with what I consider to be optimistic inputs in order to come up with a range of values. The key inputs are discount rate (i.e., how much return are you demanding), and growth of 'payout'. Given the numbers you proposed last time, I'd guess that your estimates support a much higher price than the current one -- if you're right, my puts will be very sad, unless I get lucky again. That's why I suggested to Mary that we wait and see for a while.

Amy, >>>Maybe on dip3 I could buy Intel at $100 or less ;) <<<

Market action has me confused. AMD announces heavier than expected loss, DELL gets downgraded, DRAM prices lower and Moody's ready to lower MU debt.

There's no news on Intel and Intel gets hit harder (with high volume) than the others. What's going on? Must be some rumor floating around.

Mary
