NW: Excuse me, NW, but what shareholder value are you referring to? Perhaps you, as a long, long, long term holder of KompaK have managed to make a little money. There are, however, some of us who are not looking at loss of paper profits. We are talking Principal, Kash, Mezulah. My KompaK KlasiK shares are currently in storage waiting for the restorer to come and assess them for the tag and bag sale of the local First Messatarian Church. More recent KompaK Lyte shares are showing lack of fizzle and a sour after taste.
Meanwhile, the head of my company is off doing dim sum in Shanghai. Probably flew over on the Winged Presario II, a retro-fitted B29, which replaced the beloved WPI, which crashed and burned somewhere in the neighborhood of Round Rock TX. All lunches aboard were mysteriously eaten. M2

NW... I think that the only strategy for shareholders now is to stay the course til 4/22. If Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum have any good news up their sleeves, they are certain to reveal it by then. NO WAY are they gonna face an auditorium full of angry investors on 4/22 without an olive branch. As a matter of fact, that would be a fine time to announce that they will distribute shares of AV to the shareholders. If there is no good news on or before 4/22, it's time to throw in the towel. Be fast, however as everyone will be trying to get out the door at same time. El

>>>This brings several questions to mind. Should EP be defending
the share holders against the current analyst backlash, or negative analysis? Should he be
focusing on the many global projects at hand? Which focus would do more for long term
shareholder value?<<< Part of their job is preserving/enhancing shareholder value. I don't care how great the company may be, if the stock isn't worth a damn, then who needs it? The share value will rise consistant with the success of the company isn't always true. Sometimes it requires that the leaders of the company come forward on behalf of the shares/shareholders to explain to Wall Street the details of what is or isn't going on. These guys are anemic, at best, in that department. El
