From what I understand they will maintain the two listings. They are also listed on the Dax. The stock prices generally stay in agreement with one another.

Gordon, the 45-60 days sounds optimistic to me. Do you know if they have completed the Form 20F to the SEC filing and responded to the SEC comments?
