David, Sure, pretty much anything related to valuation is on-topic. Even an occasional completely off-topic post is fine by me as well, particularly if it's amusing. I think in the early days of the SEPR thread I posted a link to a stock-valuation-by-astrology site - "beware of dips while Aries is rising" sort of thing. The trouble with deals as valuation devices of course is that they are in biobucks - umpteen million dollars if all three hundred targets produce drugs for all two hundred indications. However, they are certainly still worth examining closely. BTW, the terms of the deals, with a few crucial pieces redacted, are often appended to 10-k's, and once in a while there is some nugget to be found there that wasn't revealed initially. Peter Peter
