"Is BII basically a "no brainer" at this point assuming the Nasdaq listing launches it?"

The big key will be the financials due out this week. If they display growth then generally this is embraced positively among internet investors. Whether they are significantly larger is not the key issue but rather the growth.
Many people have stated that the Nasdaq is already accounted for in the share price. IMO it has not been. The application is a long haul from getting there and investor confidence will be propelled if these two elements come together (financials and acceptance). Then the day traders will move in sending this stock much higher. Also the auction business in general has been displaying significant growth and promise as of late especially in the U.S.
