Joe,

While I don't have a microdrive in my hand, I believe digital cameras will have absolutely no problem driving such a drive. Look at how many analog cameras have rewinders which I would bet consume way more than the microdrive. I don't have IBM stock so my opinion is not to support IBM but I do acknowledge great technology. The Clik (sp?) from Iomega never made sense to me from day one. One more issue with CF vs the microdisk is capacity. We are only now starting to see some serious digital cameras where resolutions are approaching 4 megapixels. For digital cameras to really take over the domain, we need still much higher resolution except maybe for hobbyists' needs and that means several hundred megabytes of storage.
