Unfortunately though the company has never met any of their previously committed dates that they said they would file financials going back to August 15th last year as the first date that they said.

Here is the reason why no press release yet: Taken off the Web site, it explains why they do not want to create confusion till this is resolved! What a company! New PanAmerican BanCorp Trading Symbol On March 8, 1999, PanAmerican BanCorp was assigned a new trading symbol, PABN-BB:OTC. It has come to our attention that another stock has a similar symbol trading OTC: Pacific Cap Bancorp. PanAmerican Bancorp is currently investigating the situation and regrets any confusion this may cause. As soon as the situation is remedied, PanAmerican BanCorp will announce the new symbol.
