As far as 400 and 450 sure things, well, I didn't see the design glitch. Never the less, you didn't see AMD making 300, 333, 350, 366, 380, 400 and now 450 Mhz chips. I'm not the process expert, you are.
Well, on a micro basis you are but on a larger scale you are still blowing it.
