International Curator options Crowsnest Property:

To earn a 50% interest in the Crowsnest property Curator must make cash payments to Eastfield of $250,000 and spend $1.6 million on exploration over four years. Curator then has an option to earn a further 25% interest by paying Eastfield $250,000 and spending a further $2 million on exploration over the next two years.

The $250,000 phase one exploration program is scheduled for a June/99 start- consisting of geophysical surveying and trenching to develop targets for drilling later in the season.

The Crowsnest property is located in the southeast corner of B.C. Prior exploration has outlined several gold exploration targets relating to syenite intrusions into carbonate rocks. The gold occurrences at Crowsnest can be correlated with the class of alkaline intrusive deposits such as Cripple Creek, Colorado (26 million oz. Au) and Porgera, Papua New Guinea (12 million oz. Au).

Three grid areas are the priority targets based on large (1,400 metres by 250 metres) gold soil anomalies in which mineralized rubble commonly returns values of several grams of gold per ton and have run as high as 620 grams per ton (approx. 18 oz. per ton).
