Is there anything preventing two majors from joint venturing regarding the buyout of MDIN? Or, a major taking a partial equity stake in MDIN XXXmilion for _%ownership.

As we read in one of Mike's posts yesterday, MDIN has over 40 other properties. Several hundred million for a percentage of the company could be a good long term move if the company is confident about the other properties. They would have all the cash they needed to drill/explore and add potentially more shareholder value.

It creates an interesting situation for sure. Does Medinah issue say 85 million common and when the first batch of preferred gets converted that would add another approx. 9,000,000 million bring you to 94,000,000 common. Now the next batch to be converted would add another 9 million which would bring you above the 100,000,000 authorized. Usually the Board of Directors could authorize more so I'll have to check Nevada laws to see if it requires a vote of the shareholders. Another way of getting around it would be of course to roll it into another shell that had room to issue. Hopefully not called ZMedinah..lol!!!! With the phase in of BB reporting requirements lets hope it would be called AGOLD Inc.
