John,
further to your 3059, and to liven things up a bit, the PR further said, "In 1998, Microphonics issued approximately 1.4 million shares to an investment banking firm in connection with raising funds for the company. The company does not believe the firm performed its obligations and an NASD arbitration proceeding is pending. Legal action is also being pursued by Microphonics. The company believes all of these shares have been sold."
My take: Yep MRPS gave Mr. Russo of Staten Island, NY 1.4 M shares of MRPS. And, yep, MRPS thinks Mr. Russo didn't deliver, and, yep, MRPS is going to go to arbitration (as someone already pointed out to us) AND, in addition, MRPS is pursuing legal action. Why doesn't MRPS bring us in on the lawsuit? We could provide the company with a great deal of help to win the suit, couldn't we? And, those of us who bought at 2 5/8 and were damaged by the "dumping" of the 1.4 million shares by the Staten Island firm would be more than happy, wouldn't we, to help MRPS nail these guys?
Well, wouldn't we?
