It's likely the MM's have been speculating on an entry point also. IMO it's also a fairly safe bet that as soon as they've loaded up sufficiently at the bottom the "buy" recommendations will start to come out. Same thing happened with ASND, if I remember correctly. Any one who held USRX shares prior to the merger watched 3COM shares fall on earnings only to stabilize in an area favorable to the 3 for 2 split...plus a little enticement for(very little but some) for the USRX holders. Question is......what are they up to this time. I believe you were there.......were you not? I was holding 1000 shares on that deal. Rick
