tso-Where did you get the idea that less than 30% of capacity at Gresham was covering costs? Wilf projected a ramp that would not have Gresham making a contribution until sometime in the 3rd Q. and I haven't seen any guidance that this has changed. The timing of the note placement is good and should generate favorable terms. The time to borrow money is before you need it and LSI is prudently shoring up the balance sheet for future growth.
