Chris,
I hope you don't mind my using what you said in your 3072 as an example of what I have said this afternoon about MRPS. You made the perfect point. Harley would have gotten their patent for the sound coming from their engines if they had only used the Microphonics Automotive Diagnostic System model A07 with Soundlogic TM software to determine if the sound emitted was a thump, thump, thump rather than a rumphf, rumphf, rumphf. Harley chose to use a CTRL Ultraphonics model A07 to make that determination to give to the patent office. And they did. The patent office was just about to approve their patent but then Microphonics, Inc. came into the patent office to protest.
Microphonics, Inc. using a Ultrphonics model A07 diagnostic unit, powered by using the Soundlogics TM software, which both refines and elevates mechanical ultrasound diagnostics to state-of-the-art technology, ran a test for the patent office. MRPS determined that the Harley sound was indeed a thump, thump thump. So the patent was turned down by the patent office. What was really included within the Microphonics, Inc. Ultaphonics Model A07, using the Soundlogic TM software, was a reference sound of rumphf, rumphf, rumphf. And that, Chris, is the real reason that Harley Davidson was turned down when they tried to patent the sound coming from their engines.
This is not known to many people. This knowledge was secreted away at the Los Alamos Testing Facility and was classified as top secret.
It was not known to the American people until it was debriefed in a secret meeting of the Joint Chiefs of Staff when they did testing on the Chinese testing of the underground W-88 multiple nuclear warhead. Only then did this fact come out. You should here more about this tonight on the Geraldo Rivera news program.
