The insiders are saying BUY, BUY, BUY! Here's their own buying in 1999:

Robert W. Olson (Sr. VP) 2,000 shares @ 10.56 - 11.88
Carl Lindner (CB) 162,000 shares @ 8.32 - 9.02
Warren Ligan (CFO) 2,000 shares @ 8.19 - 9.13
Benjamin Paz (Off) 10,000 shares @ 8.69
Steven Warshaw (PR) 6,000 shares @ 9.13 - 9.38

Heavy insider buying like this is very bullish, and indicates to me that they already know the outcome of the EU WTO trade war.

Massive insider buying of CQB is taking place. Carl Lindner has bought 1.7 million shares of CQB in March! Here's a link:

I strongly suspect that behind the scenes a resolution of the EU/WTO banana mess has been negotiated. Either that, or Lindner is extremely sure of the April 12 decision.

IMHO, this stock will see $20 or better by year end!
