<Anyway, HTCH really snuck up on me on the down side. Very interesting.>

Yes. I added half my position Friday at 35 and more today at 32 3/4 only to see a later chance to get 31 1/2. I won't mind buying more if it goes lower, but it's a wonder why it's lost so much strength.

Fundamentally, the story still seems like a strong one. What news could be causing genuine concern? Slower PC sales? It seems like the bulk of their product is now high end oriented, so PC sales will have a smaller impact than may be imagined.

I'd rather buy the bottom, but short of some Hutch specific bad news it seems like an investment as this level would eventually turn a profit.

Like I often said to Z, I didn't feel Hutch had the strength at that time to make buying in the 40's a sure position. So, we're back in the low 30's and now the question is will the market throw this baby out and give us a chance to buy in the 20's?

Some how, I wonder if this is just one of the many small stocks that is seeing a flight to blue chips and cash as people take a more cautious approach to the market?

Anyway, some one is spooked and it will probably make us money.

Regards,

Mark
