Great opportunity for what? Real estate? I think that you have to have more than just a property. This type of deposit (NWI) does occur in clusters but what do they have on their property that shows us that they might have something? I hate when companies use cold calls to promote their stock. The insiders are just waiting to sell you their shares. DNI-M has a property 1km away from NWI. (if you want to buy the closest one).
