Are you snapping at me? I've been long on Xoma longer than SI has been around. I have nothing against lawsuits, either, but really I don't know of any grounds here. The whole thing has been a speculative investment. Despite a few things kept under the pillow, I take it Ellen has been pretty open with callers on the whole. The FAQs have been fairly well balanced. RobertK1 does a good job hiding Xoma as the source of his pay check. So, where are the why's to sue? If you want to hit something, may I suggest a Wall Street broker? Some of these idiots are paying big bucks for supposed Internet companies that lose so much money they make Xoma look like it belongs in the DOW's top ten.
