USTI volume and strength in 1999 has been impressive. . .today's move was based on some sort of "leaked" news of earnings. I expect them to show positive earnings for the 3rd quarter in a row, bot i don't know about them earning like .18 cents or whatever was posted on Raging Bull. Heck, that is TWICE what the company sells for. . . So it is very hard to believe. I could believe that they could earn .02 to .06 cents a share, due to the number of new products released recently and the new budgets that kick in for cities on January 1. Their Y2K compliant 32-bit Windows NT solutions for city governments are an excellent product and I expect a big surprise come earnings day. But these rumors seem too high. Rande Is
