Thanks for the tip Ken, I'll check it out, once I solve Sergio's leaky basement problems<g>..What'd ya think about the overall market action today..will Intel warn? I took a more defensive posture in my IRA mutuals before the close..hate to give back any of the last few days gains..IMO we're toppy again..DD
PS: Janus global tech fund(JAGTX) is up 20% ytd,JAOLX 15 %,JAMRX 16%..me thinks they need to shed a few pounds at this juncture<g>
(have grown fond of JAENX (+10%) also--Janus is kicking butt this year with it's family of funds..lots of choices)

Raytheon sues over chat board posts
Raytheon Corp. has gone to court against individuals who posted stock chat room messages on Yahoo! which the company says revealed trade secrets. Raytheon is asking that Yahoo! Inc. be forced to reveal the identities of the discussion board participants, ZDNet reported. "We encourage the free exchange of information among our employees, but the issue here is the disclosure of proprietary financial and business strategy information," spokeswoman Toni Simonetti was quoted saying. The lawsuit was filed in Middlesex Superior Court in Cambridge, Mass. The messages dealt with the company's financial health, pending business deals, and confidential employee data, the published report said.
