Andreas - Re: "I talked to a broker today who said that if the earnings warning does not materialize his firm will be busy thinking up a new rumor."

Good joke !

However, David Tyce - The Prudent Bear - interviewed on CNBC at about 1:15 PM PDT, and William Fleckenshit are probably doing this right now.

it's funny to watch how ANALysts are steering world emotions around Intel. I am observing the same pattern as last year (unlike most of you I have a short experience as an Intel investor).

As the quarter end nears, we hear lots of noise, see blood-letting on the street and at the end it invariably turns out that the INTEL numbers are spot on with Intel guidance.

Kurlak didn't listen ... where is he now ?
Someone came up with the low-end price war a few weeks ago ... Andy B. replied this is already factored in, and so on.

I consider their ability to not only generate awesome profits,
but also to be fully cognizant of their capability as the hallmark
of excellence.
