That's also my take on it , it dont "feel" right, most of the up signals are there but it just don't feel right.

Also the A/D line has not been near as strong as
the market has been. While money has poured into the big caps
and taht helps her be liquid, the breath has been to narrow to
convince me this is the big breakout to the upside.
