Interesting Jon, you're right - in fact I confirmed verbally with Myles specifically if they had a contract with NASCAR and he said yes. and the same words were used with ARCA here today. Well, that would be real nice -another paying customer!

Jon nothing in that press release says NASCAR is paying. I have been involved in racing for better than 25 years and I can tell you many
times the teams I raced for, have given me products to try free of charge for R & D purposes,
and in turn i would show their decal or put their patch on my driving suit. This also applies to sanctioning bodies. If we take notice,
Microphonics has apparently chosen to get it's foot in the door with NASCAR, in my view a great marketing strategy, this inturn has led to exposure to GM, Ford, Goodyear.. Remember these organizations
are involved with NASCAR, Goodyear is the only tire used by NASCAR.
Chrysler only runs a NASCAR Craftsman truck series, they are not involved in Busch
or Winston Cup, and they are the least draw of the other two. Ford and GM are totally involved on a day to day basis with NASCAR. ARCA is another racing series sometimes called the minor leagues of NASCAR. It is apparant to me that they are pursuing a marketing strategy, through racing because at this point it is the largest spectator sport in America Today..What better way to get exposure to your product on such a vast basis...
