It is not unusual for a top executive to file shares to sell. If they don't do it, the shares are not marketable. Most times execs will sell these shares in order to raise money to execute their options. The big question is will the exec be net long after these transactions?

Mike, the transaction listed below was filed on 3/4/99. If you look at my prior post, according to Ferry's form 4 filing dated 2/2/99 he had 160,000 shares. Don't know what he paid or terms of any options. According to the release, he sold on or about 2/26. Despite the fact that I think BNYN has potential (service revenue may not be as lucrative as software license revenue & and switchboard cash flow will likely run negative for some time), I take this to be a bad sign.
