Dear Bear,
You didn't do your work very well. In the Casino you don't pay your gambling with your creditcard. You have an account where you put money on. Than you can transfer money to the Casino to play.
Please do some more research!!

So tell us Mr.Bear (the SI stock whiz) if 3 independent stock analyst institutions had recommended SNMM for buy, put a target at $12-14

and if SNMM will be among 20 of the top growth companies in the world to gather March 9 at Discovery Expo '99 to meet financial movers and shakers at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. This event is organized by The Investment Reporter, a Southern Calif.-based financial newspaper, Tell us for God sake,

All these independent institutions can't hold a candle for your smart analysis! May be you have some kind of higher education in investment analysis than these firms or may be your IQ is way above
(you deprived us from the honor of knowing your education level in your profile)

why you don't tell us your picks. open a thread by your name "Bear's thread". we are hungry for someone in your insight that will blow away the professional analysis of these investment institutions.

One of the indication of your unmatched IQ, that you are standing against a flood that is backed up with a serious of good news, pending news and buy recommendations, while the stock market is full of unjustified overvalued unbacked stocks to short. you really are impressive!

tell us more please, enlighten us, because I want to follow you. I am going to short SNMM tomorrow based on your recommendation

Some insight into use of credit cards to gamble, and legal issues, can be found in an article at news.com

The CNET article is copyrighted, but here are a few 'fair use' quotes. Read the whole thing.

"Net gambling lawsuit back in court
By Courtney Macavinta
Staff Writer, CNET News.com
March 5, 1999, 2:20 p.m. PT"

"A woman who gambled away more than $70,000 on the Net and then sued major credit card firms for allowing the transactions soon will get her day in court."

* * *

"Although Haines's lawyers said she doesn't admit to breaking the law, their argument is this: Credit card companies are engaging in unfair business practices and aiding and abetting a crime by giving online wager houses merchant accounts to process bets for customers who live where the activity is outlawed."

* * *

""Her case does hit a real pressure point with credit card companies. If she wins, the boys at CyberCash are going to be very happy, because people will just migrate from credit cards to using 'e-cash,' which is untraceable," said Philip McGuigan, an attorney at Gordon & Glickson who specializes in Net gambling."

"But is this case going to stop Internet gambling? No," he added. "Nothing will.""
