Companies need clearance from other companies/organizations before they can issue a PR. Unusual wording can result.

AMEN to needing a PR person....at least they have stopped the "microphonics make an announcemet ..." header, Maybe who ever talks to Jimmy next can make a suggestion about timing of PR's 3:55 was a little weak... BUT NEWS IS NEWS!!!!!!
Would really like to see them reannounce the NASCAR affiliation with a nice header.

MICROPHONICS joins forces with NASCAR..
or MICROPHONICS to supply NASCAR
anything would be better than
MICROPHONICS MAKES ANNOUNCEMENT....
I'm curious has to how many potential investors just skipped right over it because of the improper heading . I'd bet if NASCAR was mentioned in the header the response would have been much greater..

FYI,

I talk to my cousin at American Racing, sent here the news in the last few weeks to see if she heard, new of them, etc. She told me she would ask around and show the news to a person involved in the racing car part NASCAR. I don't know if anything will come of this, but I thought I would do my part. I will let the board know if anything. You just never know what is said in the pit, before or after a race when something goes wrong. I have been to many of races and big money there, people hate to lose. This what caught my eye from March 5, 1999 news.

Ultraphonic Detector, this hand-held device is so exact that it can detect a hole half the thickness of a human hair. Not only can it pinpoint and identify leaks (pressurized, non-pressurized and vacuum), it can predict mechanical malfunctions and certain electrical problems as well. Perhaps the most remarkable benefit of the equipment is that it warns of impending trouble before a costly malfunction occurs.

Best to you,

Steph
