just one more thing. i also talked with bruce lewis today and he said the preferred stock (6 mill or so) is converted to common on a one for one basis with no interest rate attached. after the financing goes through there will be 46 million total shares outstanding with insiders owning between 12 and 14 million. i asked if there had been any insider selling lately and he said "no". i know i should have asked why tracker was getting such a great deal, but i became speechless. this deal almost sounds too good to be true, at least thats what the market is saying. then again they say patience is a virtue. -vern-
