Thanks for all your insight. First comment, Yes it can be shorted as I did so today. Second, ISN does not properly disclose their payment, just check the first 13 posts including the thread header on IHWY. Chris clearly snubs disclosure laws but as he states in post 13, "Since you ask nicely" he is willing to disclose. I personally filed a complaint with the SEC and have not seen him post since. And you can see where IHWY has traded since. Thirdly, I am comfortable with my short position and will add to it if the oppurtunity arises. It is small right now, about 20% of my intented position . Only time will tell if I get to add to it. If the stock were to dump tomorrow, I'd take my winnings and go home happy. Good day all
