Monty, I refer to the big bang when savers in the postal system in Japan will be allowed to redeploy their savings into other instruments. I read somewhere that over the next 18 months to 24 months about a trillion bucks comes off the lock, I expect that about 20% of that will not go back into the postal system and thus leak to international markets, that will create oversupply of investable funds, coinciding with about $300 billions of interest on our own treasuries, that will be quite a "liquidity" kick that will hold interest rates more or less "in check", and thus my relatively positive stance on the markets later this year and early next year.
