(BUSINESS WIRE) - Schlumberger Advanced Business Engineering Resources (SABER(SM)), a business unit that provides comprehensive operational and business management services to help organizations optimize profits, today announced that it has begun offering services for RDRAM(R) technology. Designed to assist memory manufacturers to successfully ramp production of RDRAM devices and achieve the fastest possible time-to-volume while increasing profitability, SABER services for RDRAM technology include design validation, device characterization and production.

RDX2200cs -- SABER provides RDRAM test interfaces, expert
operation of all equipment, RDRAM characterization programs,
RDRAM thermal profiling, Rebus validation, and operator and
supervisor training. These services offer customers faster
time-to market, improved process yields, and increased confidence
in their designs.
Production services utilizing the RDX2200 -- SABER offers RDRAM
test interfaces, RDRAM production programs, test program
optimization, production cell optimization, RDRAM production cell
management, RDRAM test strategies. These services provide
customers with reduced cost-of-test, reduced variable expenses,
reduced capital expenses, and improved return on net assets
(RONA).
