Good morning Judy. Great to hear from you. Chartcraft uses the following designations to describe the current status of a stock's RS:

B+: Stock is on RS Buy signal and is currently in X's. The strongest stocks.

B-: Stock has bullish RS, however, is currently in O's on it's RS chart.

S+: The stock has bearish RS but is currently in X's and outperforming the market.

S-: Bearish RS and underperforming the market currently. The most bearish rating.

Status changes among the four categories are particularly noteworthy.

CSCO was B+ from May '97 - October '98, and moved to B- sometime in October. The status change was a great signal as the stock subsequently doubled and more from that point.

I'll take a look at INKT and NSOL a bit later in the day. I've noticed, but never bought into QCOM. Good call. Your present thoughts on the stock and DIS would be appreciated.
