Regarding this: ..and you must never buy the stock,, and tell a few close friend ..and then put o out a public recommendation, This is known as front-running and is illegal ,,even if you disclose you front-run its still illegal.. ----------

Where's the line drawn with guys who come on CNBC who say they are short or long a stock...sometimes after they pitch it or pound it? Clearly they have told "friends" before touting in a public forum.

If you post "Sell short **** 30%!!!" and then post to
short it again another 30%, what do you call that?

OR, is it ok to post whatever you want as long as your
first "buy" or "sell" was after your "recommendation"?

My goodness Anthony, If the above is true, everyone KNOWS
they have done it! Do we also have to sit around and wait
until everyone else buys or sells? :^)
