Andrew.... True or false please.... Is the OTCBB home to criminals, stocks promoters, scam artists? Now, that does not mean they cannot be found on other exchanges, after all CTN and DNA were NYSE stocks...but IS the OTCBB because of the lax listing requirements, home to MORE or less criminal activity, in your opinion? Does Ed Tobin or does he not, also run GEM Ventures aka Global Emerging Markets aka Wharton Capital? Was GEM Ventures/Global Emerging Markets/Wharton Capital involved in trying to raise money for Diana/Coyote? Was this same firm involved with Senetek, Syquest, and other dubious penny stocks? As for my polarized thinking....I suppose I should have stated my case more carefully...There are legit stocks on the OTCBB (Nestle, Nintendo, Kohler Faucets, etc.) However, these stocks are the LEAST promotional names around. They are on the OTCBB because they do not want to be noticed, or are essentially family businesses with a few public shares (Kohler), or are foreign issuers who do not report in US GAAP and in US$ (Nestle, Nintendo, Volkswagen, etc.) None of these companies got to the OTCBB through a reverse, and none use shady stock promoters... However, reverse-merger companies are another story either one of naivete or of criminality. While a few OTCBB reverse mergers do survive, those are the ones with management teams that are foolishly naive about the financial markets and how Institutional investors place money.Ed Tobin is not naive about the financial markets...so my opinion is the latter scenario, that there is something fishy here. OTCBB stocks are the most treacherous of securities, purchased by those innocent investors motivated by greed, lack of knowledge or a combination of the 2. But I don't need to tell you that. As for value, WebTV was an innovator, MyWeb is a follower, and 75 times trailing revenues is over twice the Price/Sales ratio of Amazon! At least Amazon, we can all, whether long or short, agree is a legitimate business. Buyer Beware!
