Bill, Re your 3138, no I haven't tried out a Ducati, but, if it is just half as good as you make it sound, it must be something else. I only have experience with a Fiat 128SL. That was the biggest pile of junk I have ever owned in my life outside of a Ford Cortina. Most of that Italian made stuff, while great when it works, usually needs a bunch of TLC. Like you said, it quit when you needed it. Maybe sometime while we are delivering the 100,000 units of the Microphonics model A07 to all the automotive shops from Durango to La Junta, we can ride the Ducati. LOL Vic
