We reserve the right to change at any time the membership fees and billing methods. -------------------------------------------------- This poses a very interesting question about little Daniel, doesn't it? “The membership is personal to you, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations to anyone. You certify that you are 18 years or older and you agree to be responsible for and pay any charges incurred in connection with your user name and password.” This makes it clear that it's not even OK for his dad to sign him up and transfer the membership to Daniel. Perhaps it would be best if he were to confine his postings to Yahoo!'s boards. Seems a bit more appropriate anyway. BTW-I'm a new member to SI but I've been lurking for a couple weeks. I've never been much on shorting but I think your thread is terrific. Good sensible discussion re stocks. Thanks.
