Aloha, The Dow prediction is a throwaway from a guy who doesn't care about the general market. You are right that we don't know the full year for pc cos., but we sure know nearly all of 1Q. Compaq, MUEI, HWP and all the distributors have told us they are sucking wind. IBM was doing lousy last year and they sure haven't said things have gotten better. Gateway said Feb was weak. That's all the major players other than Dell, which never says anything unless they can spin it positively. All of these guys could have a mighty turnaround from 2Q to 4Q, but they are not having a good 1Q. MB

What strategy and stocks are you recomending here? Do you suggest a buy and hold on Dell right now, should I buy calls or puts?

What level do you see the Nasdaq at in June?
