Yes, that was what I was thinking as well. When the Iraq pipeline was bombed, oil shipments for April were requested to be delayed. That suggested to me that tanker deliveries are scheduled at least a month in advance. Given the refinery shutdowns were mostly unscheduled, this told me that crude numbers would and will rise, at least for a few weeks.

Just my simple and uneducated thinking. I could be way off base.
