Why does the fact that GE is buying 20% of VVTV for 56 million cause the entire 100% of VVTV to be valued at 11. This might work if GE had bought the entire 100% at 11 and even then the stock could still fall after the sale.

What *I* care about is that GE stays above 100 and splits for me again!
Hmmm, I wonder if GE wants a piece of some type of internet broadcasting?
