This is the big OMGA hype "clinic" by PKelly on YHOO.

It is estimated conservatively that there are 40,000 current users of OMGA products. 75% (30,000) will upgrade to either the $500 one product, or the $1800 full suite. Blend those numbers (assume one -half opt for the $500, 1/2 the $1800). That's 15,000 X $500 plus 15,000 X $1800, or $34,500,000. The analysts and the firm thinks they will sign on 25,000 NEW users over the next 18 months at $2,500 each. 25,000 X $2,500 is $62,500,000. There will be NO EGRP announcement concerning any imminent equity stake in OMGA, at least in the long term. Longs appear dumber than SirShortman by their incessant recantation of this story. From what I can garner, there WILL be two types of announcents. One will involve guaranteed contracts paid to OMGA by the DLJ Directs, Dateks and Schwabs of the world for including their buttons on the OMGA equipment. Total of $5-7 million. The other involves revenue sharing whereby firms pay OMGA for directing trades to specific sites. Done on a case by case basis, firms will vie for the over 100,000,000 million trades emanating from OMGA users each year (assume 100,000 users within next two years, X avg. 5 trades/day X240 business days/year =$6 million/yr. Move on to next post for follow-up.
