I would have thought so except Maurice said the stock tanked after the last split. It may be that Qcom will want to have higher price for its shares as an "accomplishment" and also to encourage larger investors. Personally, I like the higher price at this point, but given the fact that it should go much higher a split might be in order. IBM for years did very well letting its price remain high. I think the company will do what it thinks is best to increase the stock price further, and that probably would mean a split.
