Unique Broadband arranges 1,304,347-unit private placement Unique Broadband Systems Inc UBS Shares issued 65,835,356 Mar 8 close $0.30 Tue 9 Mar 99 News Release Mr. Stephen Rosen reports The company has secured a commitment for the private placement of 1,304,347 units at 23 cents. Each unit consists of one share and a warrant to purchase an additional share for two years at 23 cents in the first year and 27 cents in the second year. The private placement is non-brokered and there are no commissions or finders' fees payable.
