Is it just me, or does this

14:01 ET Intel Corp (INTC) 117 -2 5/8 (-2%): Goldman Sachs issues "technical sell"
rating on issue. However, firm's investment rating remains a "recommended list
buy."

sound like a BLATANTLY transparent move to create an artificial buying opportunity.

Let's see.....Intel is one of our recommended list buy's..and uhhm....we'd love to be able to
put some of our clients into INTC at a good price...'wink...wink.. nudge, nudge....say no
more', so why don't we tell everyone to SELL!! so we can buy the shares cheaper.
Yup....that should do the trick :-) Yeah what a great friggin idea...well say it's a "technical
sell" wink wink nudge nudge.
