I like to listen to crows, most of the time, except for that rusty thing they do sometimes. We moved to this area in 1988, and there were not so many crows. They have really become the dominant bird species over the past few years. I am surprised that I haven't seen any naturalistic stuff on this, and then I said to myself just today, while I was contemplating this, well, maybe I should look into it. I don't think I will, but I should. I keep telling people that there didn't use to be so many crows, and I get blank uncomprehending looks.
